I need a website traffic generator, any help finding one?

I need help, I've looked all over the internet, can find a single working one. If you could find me a working one for $2 or less, maybe even free, I would greatly appreciate it! Please help, I need one really bad!

I have not heard of such a thing, and not for $2.

In the services section of webmaster forums or those blackhat sites you can find people offering to send send 1000 visitors for $1, but this is fake robot traffic.
Getting real visitors is not as simple as plugging in some $2 software, you probably need to find some SEO guides to elp learn the slow process of building up search engine ranking ,there are plenty of free articles around and some ebooks for under $10.
