Question about instagram?
So I have an iPhone 4s & I use instagram, & I have a problem with every time I try putting up a new picture I have to move & scale, which usually cuts a lot of my picture out. Is there any way to avoid doing this?

No. Instagram has a specific scaling measurement that doesnt really comply with a lot of pictures. I would say to crop your picture before trying to put it on.
