What are Good Links for SEO?

Speaking about good links, I would like you to have a detailed check while submitting content or posting links.
Taking the Topic Further Below are some points which need to be considered:
Link back from Authority sites: Most of the people use the word but never gives a detailed idea about.
Points to considers for Authority sites:

1) Page Rank should be More than 3

2) Site should be relevant to our sites or services

3) Do not take too many links from 1 website ex: ezinearticles.com, rather than building 200 links from 1 website, build 2 links each from 100 various websites.

4) Always Consider the Page Authority & Domain Authority, make sure that site contains above 30 PA which is a good indicator.

5) Another Aspect is do not link back to one targeted keyword try to take links from different synonyms from articles which will help you get benefitted for alternate keyword positions.
