Facebook motifcation question?

OK if I fallow someone one Facebook will i get a notification on my phone when they post something if that's not it then how do i do that

it depends - not everyone posts things publicly, and if you arent their friend, you can only see their public posts

the next best thing is to add them to your close friends list, but i dont think you can do that until you are actually on their friends list
