Adding guy from work on Facebook?

If you add a guy who you know from work on Facebook and he's known of you for ages, does that mean he doesn't like you if he declines your friend request on Facebook? even if he has done nice stuff for you before you added him? also theres no one else from work on his Facebook page as well.

His wife saw the request before he did, saw your name, put one and one together, figured he was having an affair with you, declined the request and is now asking him to explain himself.

Is it just me or is it really messed up that the guy has to do it all first, or else any move by the girl is admitting to being in love with him? Wouldn't the guy also feel that it is a huge admission of attraction and therefore putting himself in a vulnerable position? What if he is the one who initiates with her and reads it wrong (not just FB, pretty much everywhere).

Maybe He Doesint Want to Be Friends With Co Workers Some People Not Everybody But Some People Dont Like To Add There Co Workers to There Facebook Account Not Sure That Would Be the Reason But Its Possible i Would Ask Him Next Time you See Him Why He Wont Add you on Facebook to Find Out What the Reason Would Be
