How do I get the new banner off the headline pictures?
I do not like the new banner that describes the highlighted topic. It fades in and out as the next new article is highlighted and covers up the enlarged picture. This is very annoying and is NOT pleasing to the eyes and I want to be able to put it on the bottom!!
