Hire some Content writer who will write some valuable content for your Youtube channel, and spread your video through Social media and blogs with unique contents. Or you can install some grammar checker tool to improve your grammar.

If language us problem you can ask your friend. You can first write on paper then read it looking at it making it look as if your are not reading. Thumbs up
