Best place to register a domain name?

I need to buy myself a domain name. I've done so in the past several times, but I'm trying to find the best provider for my needs.

I really just want to link the domain to a Blogger account, but preferably through a redirect and not a RSS feed.

I'm looking for something cheap with no extra charges for redirects. What's your favorite service?

I've been using ShopSmartDomains for years.

However, I think it is hosting that looks after re-directs. Hosting and domain name registration are two separate processes and many "experts" recommend you use different companies for these two processes. Check out Hostgator for your hosting requirements.
