how do I promote my small organazation/club for kids and teens?

HI! group of friends and I have started a club for children and teens and I'm having a very hard time getting it out there. Any smart ideas? We already have instagram, twitter, and email. Our goal is to give teens a healthy place to call/text/email whenever they want to talk. We also promote volunteering and helping out in the community. Teens won't acknoledge you until you give them something they need. Maybe you could advertise and invest into 'prizes' and 'giveaways' for the member that attends the most. Or have an event where there is something for 'free' being given. Also make a facebook page and send pamflets through letter boxes. And stick posters around schools and bustop benches or schools. Invite a minor celebrity. Or ... Anything to be honest. Posibilites are endless. Just lookout for what attracts them

Google+, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, etc.

Purchase several Amazon, Game stop, iTunes and Google Play cards and use them as giveaways. Purchase small dollar amounts such as $5.00 & $10.00 increments.

Also hire a few community college kids or high school to handout flyers in their communities. Pay minimum wage for at least 3 hours. Print on the flyer please bring flyer with you when you arrive and you will be entered in a drawing for a gift card. Print different color flyers for each person who pass them out and whoever has the most flyers to come back give them a bonus.
Do you have the means to sponsor or space for a Talent Show. That normally bring teens.

Remember to have security for safety.
