why is it hard for a guy to talk to a girl from the USA?

hi its been 2 years since i moved back to Michigan, and i been living in Nicaragua for 8 years and in those 8 years i had a great experience from my education to partying and dating, now the point is since i been here in Michigan i seen a difference between the girls from Nicaragua and Michigan.
the difference is that girls from Nicaragua are more sociable, sweet, formal, honest, heart warming and even take dating seriously to a old school way and they even are more easier to talk to. and here in Michigan or maybe the whole USA the girls are hard to talk to, they're not sociable, they assume to many things, they base there relationships over a Facebook status or whatever, and they have an excuse for everything and i don't understand why there are rules on communication and texting here in the USA and to me that's crazy and you can see all that crap on youtube on how to talk to a girl or text a girl which is crazy and what is the point of it? is it suppose to make other people think that girls here in the USA are just so damn hard to talk to? so feel free to answer the best way you can doesn't matter where you from or if your a male or female, i wish you can understand from where im coming from with all this

That's what happens as society "progresses" we actually became less progressed. We lost those valuable skills of learning how to connect with one another and have trivialized relationships through use of (insert social media website here). It's something that depresses me and I think is one of the reasons why I may still be single. We are harder to talk to because we are not engaged with one another, although we think we are. On the bright side, if someone like me still sees the value in real human conversation, chances are there are others who feel the same. Keep on trying my man, there are a lot of girls out there who are looking for a real connection just like you are. All hope isn't gone yet.
