How to get CREDITS PENDING from suspended buyers in listia?

when both listia.com members (Buyers and sellers) are similar level. credits are not "credits transferred to seller" but pending

only when sellers send item by tracking and give tracking code, then pending would become "transferred to seller"

but if there is no more action what happen

by 20 days after the purchase of auction, credits turn to seller, but if buyer is suspended, the pending credits would be eaten by listia.com site.

to get a suspended member credits, provide a tracking code you got when you sent item

but if seller not want to wait 20 days, show listia a vaild tracking code. can eat the credits from listia

if seller sent item even when winner is suspended and even have proof that they had really send items, listia can not keep the credits up too.
