dispenser? are you at least 13 years old?

facebook has rules, and they can detect it when you ignore their rules and use fake emails

Are you At Least 13 years Old Are you Filling Out the Registration Form Correctly ?

If you Are Under the Age of 13 your Not Allowed on Facebook

If you Are Not Filling Something in Right Than That May Be Why its Not Letting you Join
