How to sell shoes on eBay?
I have unused black/red Converse shoes and I want to sell them. I've never used eBay before and I need help.

Thank you x

Both at once. A single shoe is not going to sell.

Tip 1- Describe your items completely and accurately. Dont leave out any details.

Tip 2- Do not sell dirty items ever but if you must, please disclose that your items are dirty or damaged. When a buyer opens that box, it could cost you a bad rating.

Tip 3- Never blame your buyers even if you did describe your items accurately, not everyone sees things or describes things the same. When problems arise and they do at times be kind to your buyers, give them your explanation claim and business like. Dont make it or take it personal. Try to come to a place of satisfaction for both parties. In the end if that does not work give the buyers what they want and move on. Losing a few bucks for a pair of shoes is an far lessor evil than losing your entire ebay business.

Tip 4- Dont make your buyers wait 10 days to receive their items regardless if they paid for priority or first class. Its not fair nor is it good business to hold a persons funds in your account and not send their item quickly. Once they pay for the item that you sold them, it becomes their item and they want their items, so get on the stick and ship it asap. When and if shipping problems do arise, communicate with your buyers.

Tip 5- Package properly and safely. Not only is it disappointing when receiving a dirty or damaged item but its also disappointing to receive an excellent item just thrown into a beat up box that looks like its been used a hundred times. Package your items like you would want them sent to you.
