how can i get access to pages on facebook that are blocked?

i believe that someone i know is blocking my computer from outside of my home to certain facebook pages that are otherwise available elsewhere.

is this possible? and how can i find out ?
I had two other people try it with their accounts to test it with my computer and these pages still did not show. Some of the pages when I try to access them show errors, and some of them make a little bounce on my screen.
Any suggestions?

Other people block you.
They can block you from their perosnal pages.
They can block you from their group pages.
The people who own those pages are the ones who block you. They block your IDENTITY, not your computer.
If someone else signs into FB under a different identity but using your computer, they will not be blocked.
