How To Make My Facebook Page Fully Private?

i tried to make my facebook page private, but information about me is still displayed.

How do i get it to show no information and come up with the message. ..... only shares certain information with everyone. If you know ......., add him/her as a friend on Facebook.

You need to click on the settings link at the very top of your page. Here you'll find 'privacy' settings.

Once you're there, click on 'search'. That will show what information comes up when someone does a search on you.
