Can't save pictures?

It's the oddest thing. When I see a picture online that I'd like to save to my wallpaper folder, Just yesterday any picture that I right click and tell it "save as", I just get the hourglass and it doesn't do anything. I'm talking about just plain jpeg on any sight. What the ?

Use the snipping tool, that is a good way around the problem.

Have you tried restarting your computer? Bizarre things like this often go away with a restart.
