Who should I talk to for selling an ad?

Hi! I'm on the yearbook staff at my school, and as part of an assignment, we're supposed to sell an for a business to help fund the yearbook. The ads are put in the back of the book. If I called a business (I was going to try Pizza Ranch), who would I ask about it? Also, I would want to say my name and where I'm from, correct? Thanks!

Ask for the manager, or if its really big organisation the marketing or sales manager/director. Failing that try HR, as they sometimes manage CSR and can fund such things. Try and have a "pitch", a short clear statement of why they should do this.
