what would you do if you found your childhood molester on Facebook?

I was molested around the age of 4 along with my sister who was probably 6 or 7 at the time, for some reason nothing was ever done. Long story short, I was put in foster care, adopted by a lovely family and years later, sitting here at 25 years old, I came across his profile on Facebook (because he's a cousin) and I'm still in contact with certain members of my biological family (the good ones)...

I usually act before I think...

I'd love nothing more then to befriend him on Facebook and blow up his page with the truth so everyone will know what a piece of --- he is. I honestly don't know if there would be legal repercussions, if I have any legal rights 20 years later.... I have thought about this day for years.. well. not in the sense that I'd run into him online, but you know, facing your predator. I know what I would do if I saw him in person... I've had 20 years to let my imagination run wild with that one...


What would you do?

And please, with all due respect, don't preach to me. I know how to be the "bigger person" but I will not walk away from this opportunity to tell him exactly what I think of him and what he did.

Hello crystal, I would have to say that you must do whatever brings you peace of mind,but, make sure he doesn't ruin the next 20 years of your life..................
