Adding a blog to arfooo directory?

Hi guys, I've been playing around with arfooo and have managed to make a lot of customisations but I can't for the life of me figure out how to add a blog.

Here is my site if it helps:

I want it to appear in the top right hand menu bar (Which I can edit without problems).

I'm not really looking to link t an external blog like tumblr etc, I want it on my site. Thanks in advance.

Just submit your website to them http://directory.arfooo.net/webmaster-login.html

But why bother with arfooo? They have 0 published websites -- which I suspect is too to being hit by a Google algorithm and suddenly they stopped approving new sites.
