I think I messed up my browser!?

I was trying to fix some adware issues and I accidently deleted a registry key having to do with internet explorer and it reset a lot of things. Most of it isn't too bad but when I use google search the results are all squished to the left of the screen and youtube keeps crashing right when I click on it. Cripes can I fix this!?

Make sure you have 2 browsers first, then uninstall/install internet explorer.

Restore computer back to before trouble started if using windows 8 go to settings and click Change pc settings and under General find Refresh your PC Without Affecting Your Files and click Get Started and follow the prompts.
If using windows 7 Go to Control Panel> Restore and click a restore point back before trouble started if need to get more restore points tick the little box underneath. it will not affect any files.
