Can't log into my vine account?

Okay, so I had a twitter account. I made a vine account under my twitter account. About a month ago, I deactivated my account. But, after about 15 days, I was unable to log into my vine account. There would be a pop-up message saying something like 'unable to log in' or 'wrong username and/or password'. I'm confused of why this happened. Is it because I deactivated my twitter, causing my vine to be inaccessible? Is there a way I can access my vine without reactivating my twitter? (Since it's been 30 days after I deactivated my twitter, I can't reactivate it since Twitter automatically deletes accounts that have been deactivated for 30 days or longer) Please help!

After you deactivated your account, it became available to public. Maybe your username have been used by another person so you can't get in to it again.
