How can i get rid of someone from my facebook page?

i have a facebook page that i own and an old ex friend has joined it and i tried clicking on the new likes and looking at his name and pressing the x. Then it says ban user, i clicked ban user permanently and she is still coming on. How can i get rid of her for ever, i dont want her on the page at all thank you

you block them, go to their page and by their name there should be an option in the drop down menu
