I Have Made Many "Social Networks". Unfortunately, None Of them Really Flourished Past 100 Users.
You Can Look Up Social Network Development, And They All Say Your Going To Need A Large Budget Of At Least A Couple Hundred Dollars. That Is Not True. I can set up a social network in a day For Free. even tho It is free, it does have disadvantages. such as a free domain can't have more than 200 visits per day or its going to crash.
