why cant i not get my new pasword 4 facebook sent 2 my yahoo account?

everytime i go 2 facebook because i forgot my facebook password to reset, it says i can go 2 yahoo to send a new password but it just shows blank and will not send it .my pop up blocker is off as suggested . still no results 2 reset my facebook password via yahoo. i hve not been able 2 go 2 facebook because of this.plse help
