Am I paying for multiple internet packages?
I recently looked at my cable bill from TWC and have two charges - one for Standard Internet & Phone for $84.99 and then a charge underneath for Ultimate 100 Upgrade for $50.00

Am I being charged for two different packages instead of *just* for the Ultimate package, or is the Ultimate Upgrade an 'add-on' to the standard package?

The Ultimate is an upgrade "add-on" to the Standard.
You need to pay for The Standard and also pay the additional charge for the Ultimate add-on.

I think the ultimate 100 is an upgrade that allows for more more devices and data or something like that. Call them up talk to them about it.
