Someone know how to fix my HTML code?

I have been trying to figure this out for hours but I don't know HTML so I'm at a loss
My blog now:

the "GIF's" don't play automatically but show a white button with "GIF" over it until you hover on it and then it plays just fine and that goes away.

All I want is for that to go away and have the GIF play automatically without having to hover over it. What do I have to take out? Or write in? Here is the theme HTML:
