How to make fan pages on facebook?

You know those clever/annoying little pages on facebook, like

+ "Oh crap, is that ____? "Yeah.." "TURN AROUND, WALK, WALK WALK."
OR
+ Smiling like an idiot when you get that one text that makes you wanna say "awwwww".

I was wondering how you make those.
Can anyone help me?

you click on whataver page u want, then u go to the bottom left part and youll see a creat a page button

Go on another fan page. Scroll down to the bottom, and in the lower left corner, it should say, "Make a fan page" or something along those lines. Hope this helped.
