what's a good adblocker for internet explorer or that works for any internet based?

i was wondering if there is a good free adblocker i can use when i'm on the internet. i go to alot of sites that have ads and i've heard adblockers help make the site faster. any reccomendations?

Ad blockers can make some websites load faster, although generally there is not a huge difference in most cases. Here is a link to one of the top rated ad blockers, which can be used on IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Android.

This will also help to eliminate most of the annoying ads while playing youtube videos!!
