Use the windows firewall or the firewall you prefer to only allow ports 4070, 80 and 443 for spotify.exe

You can allow soptify.exe through the Windows Firewall (or) you can allow 4070, 80 and 443 ports separately on Firewall. Also you can do both but the recommended option is that you allow only the spotify.exe and not the ports. Opening ports through firewall will make your PC vulnerable to security & privacy threats if the program that uses the ports are not regularly updated or lacks protection (in ur case spotify.exe).

Go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Firewall -> Allow a Program or Feature -> Go to "Exceptions" Tab and "Add Port" button. OR "Add Program" button to add the "spotify.exe"
