Yahoo directory is a paid directory. You will need to submit your website and the required payment so your website is considered for inclusion. You may register your site at this address: http://dir.yahoo.com/

Hi Abhishek, create a Yahoo mail id -> go to http://dir.yahoo.com > choose category and Location -> suggest a site -> give the info ( title, description, keyword) of your website.

It takes time for free submission .

Don't waste your time with the free submission. they almost never list a site submitted that way unless there really is something exceptional about it.

If you really want it listed, then you have to pay the $299
