I feel your pain bro. I use ukbay.org, it generates proxies, and its totally safe, I've been using it for months, its just like piratebay. You just need uTorrent. Hope I helped

Yes indeed virginmedia are blocking a lot of things as i've also been finding out however there's still ways of getting torrents but it's difficult.

I've been using these links and managing to download films from them.
They are not 100% perfect for getting anything but they are the best i can find so far
