Experience of Download selling sites?

There are various websites on the net that for a monthly fee you rent X amount of webspace. You "stuff" on them when someone wants it the company handle all the Paypal etc a bit like E Bay but its electronic people download the "stuff" you have. Has anyone had any experience of such sites? one example is this site https://www.payloadz.com/

It was difficult to find a category for this question I hope I am in the right area.
Other type of site? Would you care to elaborate. ? Keep me apprised if you don't mind, The cost does seem quite high for the amount of money I think one was $30 for one month and that was only 50meg of space. I don't think it matters what country its based in and actually its probably better if it isnt your own country if you get where I am coming from.

$30/mo seems steep, some have a setup+ per download fee that insures you profit regardless of sales level.
