What do I do to PAY for the blog title I want? As in XYZblog.com.....?

I read SOMEWHERE (can't remember where) that you can pay a fee & get your blog simplified. So instead of being www . XYZ . Blogspot . com.....you can be XYZblog.com.

Either wordpress or blogger I think...or maybe it's just one or the other? I wish I could remember where I read it!

I'm not sure if that's what you mean but if it is then you don't pay for this
http://www.abc.com is the same website as abc.com you don't pay to delete the ( "http://www." you don't have to type this in browser to go to the website )

You are talking about registering a domain name and installing the Wordpress blog script. Otherwise you are using a sub-domain on someone elses's (ie http://www.blogspot.com) registered domain name.
