TUMBLR: How to make a tag page IN a page?

Hi,

I know how to make a tag page. I want to get about five of my tag pages (of different bands) and put them in ONE page on my blog, that will be called 'bands'.

How do I make a tag page in a page? I've seen this before.

Please don't tell me how to make a tag page or a page because I know, but I don't know how to make a page in a page.

It would help if you provided examples.
Maybe you've seen them before... But I haven't.

Just off the top of my head, I would give the examples an additional tag, or try playing around with frames, which can get messy.
