Why does my internet only work when I'm connected to wifi?
So I got an iphone 5s month or two ago and my internet and things like Facebook,Twitter,snapchat and Instagram don't work unless I'm connected to wifi everyone else like all of my friends work and mine doesn't and it's really annoying please help!

Yeah, I agree, contact apple and tell them. You might have to get a replacement phone which I believe from memory costs just over 100 pounds though I could be wrong

Did you try resetting your phone...
You may need to just send it back to factory settings... Did it ever work... Not to treat you like a NOOB: but is Airplane mode on? |

Speak to your provider first find out if your data allowance is active and what it is?
First try resetting network settings on your iphone. Settings, Reset, Reset Network settings Apple Certified Engineer |

If you can't get online on a cell connection, it's probly because you don't have a data plan and you only have talk and text.
