My question is about the Internet Browser. I got this notice?
Upgrade to a faster, more secure version of a supported browser Its free and it only takes a few moments

I have IE 11 which is the most recent update So why am I getting this prompt When I check the URL for what they want me to DL , it is for IE 10. Can anyone explain? Thanks friends.

Most likely the site is looking specifically for IE10 and sends the message to anyone not using that version. The code on that site likely hasn't been updated so it doesn't know 11 has been released. Ignore the message.
