I Can't Connect To Internet But Others Can?
on saturday morning i suddenly lost connection to the internet and spent a good 20 min trying to fix it by restarting it any stuff. i had uninstalled a few unneeded programs so i thought that was the case so i did a few system restores and no luck. finally i did a factory restore and wiped my laptop CLEAN and i still CAN'T connect to the internet. I've tried just about everything. Updating all my drivers twice. Re-enabling my wireless network connection, removing my network. every time i enter the password to join my network after about 1 second it says to troubleshoot it and like i didn't do it a hundred times, it tells me the same thing to restart my router and wait 10 seconds and it doesn't help i've tried so many times. i'm having to use my ethernet cable just to get the internet that i should have out of this freaking box. i don't know if its the router or what but i can connect to other networks just fine without it spamming the troubleshoot message. if anyone knows or has any ideas how to fix this, PLEASE help me.

You can connecton to internet through LAN so it is not a problem with ISP. I had just this problem with my laptop.
I installed Network Magic's free version. BTW, you don't need to buy Network Magic to establish a basic network. Basic functions are free and application came with my router, free.
Then resetted my router and installed it without the WAP Key and I could connect. Then went back to router, entered again setup and defined the WAP key.
Finally I linked the laptop to the network through Network Magic and it worked!
Actually, I believe all this complication is because of some Windows corruption, because about 3 - 4 month later I had to reinstall my Windows and when restarted the system with it connected to the network easily, without Network Magic!
