Minecraft: minecraft_server.1.7.5.exe doesn't load anything but opens the window for it.?

Here what Im getting http://oi61.tinypic.com/2vn54dz.jpg The videos I've been looking at to make a sever on minecraft show bunch of text,ect.....loading in this thing.The only thing that loads is all them files you get when you open the "minecraft_sever.1.7.5.exe" for the first time. Have a window computer. And Java 64bit is up to date.
I don't want play pay for sever that only me and my friends only going use once and a while

Yeah, ignore that box, it's normal. That box is just for running server administration commands, the server will still work fine.
