1. They will "go to waste" - A.K.A they will die.

2. No, they wont.

3. If you hire people to harvest for you, they also get money.

When your crops are harvested - you have the length of time that it took for them to fully harvest to pick them - or they will die. For example, if it takes 1 day for potatoes to harvest then you have one day after that to pick the potatoes or they die. They do not become more valuable if you want to harvest them.

They also will not become more valuable if you let them sit in storage. I also thought this when I first started playing. The program says harvest and storage (for more coins) but this is just not true.

The way to get more money for those crops are to hire people. You go to the marketplace and pick a person by clicking on them. A menu comes up and you click that you want to hire them to harvest on your farm. You can also work on other peoples farms to gain coins to buy more "stuff" and to gain xp points that increases your level and allows you to buy "stuff" that is locked until you reach certain levels.

It takes a little time to get going - but once you get it moving - it'll be addicting. So beware. Clicking boxes has never been so much fun!!
