Chatzy help... They are not sending the password.?

My grammar teacher made a Chatzy group so we can contact each other during "holidays," but it does not seem to work. When type in my email address and chooses my status as a new user, and option comes up. It says send password(as in they'll send me my password)... When I click on it, and a few seconds later, they say they have already sent the password. But its not there. Not even in my junk.

I checked my email address... Its correct.. Am I doing something wrong???
