DSi won't connect to internet?

My DSi won't connect to my internet. The error code 052100-1 keeps coming up. Most of the time I get 3 green bars then it's shows no bars then the 3 green bars come back up and then goes red and then says unable to connect. It's really irritating me . My internet is Verizon 7XGVL and it just won't connect. HELP ME PLEASE

i had a lot if problems with my DSI, well this is what i did. restart the router and the main sorce of the internet and it should change the IP adress. and then type the new IP into the dia manually and then it should work
