any blog site that is completely free? for teens/advice?

ok, i really want to start a blog. that is completely free. and when i say free i mean you don't have to pay anything. but i'm not sure which blogging site would be best for me. i'm a teen and i like to give advice and to write story's also to tell my own story to help others. i don't want anything complicated i just want a blog where people can ask me question and i can answer them also where i can easily write my own day to day life down. p.s... i don't like blogger. i also don't like wordpress because you have to pay after a while. i know that's a lot of things but if anyone can help that would be great!!

Yes, google has a free site with lots of neat ways to dress up your blog.

You start by getting a gmail mail account, then you are automatically set up to create blogs.

Click on the upper line where it says "more", slide down the line and choose "blogger"
