I'm new at work, I have never wanted to mix my work with my private life, so I don't want to add them on facebook. What do I do if they ask, surely it would be weird if I tell them i'm not on as everyone is on these days. I don't want to come off being mean, it is just the way how I feel, I'm a very private person.
