Why is a site that I've accessed before just fine giving me a 403 forbidden error?

usually the site or sites server is under maintenance ie updating there site or server or the site is busy with limited resources just try again later when i first saw that error i thought i had done something wrong or had a setting wrong on my computer so do not worry about it just try again later ps you can also get this type of warning if your 3rd party cookies are turned of
