Google stats are not matching my web stats?

Google stats are not matching my web stats?
I ordered a gig on fiverr, someone was supposed to send 200-300 visitors to my site per day by doing bookmarking, whie hat seo, social marketing etc for one month. This person sends me a link for the google URL shortener/click counter and over the course of the last 2 weeks, I now have over 10,000 clicks, (including 1000 on the first day) but I'm only getting an average of 10 visits a day on my website counter for bigcommerce, and they are from another ad I have running... Is this possible that these clicks are fake? The seller stopped responding to me and hasn't given any proof of the seo techniques he's used... Although he has over 100 positive feedback and 0 negative... Does anyone know how this stuff works? Am I being scammed here for my $5? Thank you for any insight!

He may be using some type of automated tools to deliver the traffic. To check visitors behavior do install statcounter.com analytic on site.

If it is fake you can contact fiverr to get back your $5

Google URL shortener stat is nothing. You can only trust your own Google Anslytics installed on your website or the counter you mentioned. Ask Fiverr for refund.

Google url shortner shows how many clicks he made or anyone made through that link, but it is not valid reports, since u too can open it and make count of the views. Ask for for the perfect stats, or get to the fiverr for your money
