Internet on my phone...?

I've just got the samsung galxaxy s4 mini on contract.
If I want to use the internet at home will I have to pay?
If I want to use the internet outside will I have to pay?
everytime i go online it says that im connected to my wifi, does this mean im using the internet for free or am i still paying?

You are still paying if you use internet on your S4 using wifi the wifi bill will be there or if you use internet with ur sim card phone bill will be there

if you are connected in WI-FI then you are using it free.. if the 3G sign pops up on top of your screen,it will bill you according to your usage.

You have to be extra careful especially for downloading or updating apps. I will suggest if you can put your mobile in a setting that it will not update any applications unless you are connected in WIFI..

You will only have to pay if your using 3G in which case instead of having the internet sign when connected to a local area network
