Clone Website is right or wrong for SEO purpose?
I HAVE 2 WEBSITES. First one is already made and second one is clone. Can you please point out that points which effect on SEO purpose if sites are similar in design i mean look and feel same(color change) but all the content is differ and logo,images are different.

That's Totally OK for seo. your contents are the most import for seo.
For example, If you Know wordpress, you will find there are millions of webiste using the same theme.

Design has nothing to do with SEO. It will be with the visitors that your site can have. What is important with SEO is your site's content. So if you have this situation, I think there is nothing to worry about. As long as you make your two sites' contents unique, you are in a right track. Smile

It is bad design if you make two similar site, I suggest you make different contents about multiple sites.

Clone a site with the same exact design is wrong and unprofessional. But as for the SEO it only will turn bad if it is all duplicate content, that will completely kill your website.

Clone and change design and add unique content and you are good to go.

Same designing will not effect SEO. Just be careful about content. It should not at all same in both sites. Also to be on safer side keep your images name different on both websites.

I suggest you focus on the contents rather than focusing on the design of the website. As long as it looks good, user friendly and very professional, it is already fine. Focus on the contents of your website. I do not see anything wrong with cloning but it still depends on your choice. Your main concern here is website traffic.
