where can i see the debit card i have registered on my paypal account, because when i want to pay something?
on e-bay say that the card is used on another account and that's not true, help me, what's going on??

Go to the bank or credit union that issued that card and ask them to suspend the number and get you a replacement card. You can also ask them to look at the transaction history and print it out for you to examine and dispute any unauthorized charges.

Notify eBay and request they suspend use of that debit card number and conduct an investigation. They will have to as your card number will no longer be valid, and they can contact your bank or credit union to verify the suspension was done by you.
