What causes the instagram video crash on my Samsung Core? Help!?

I can record the video but until the 'choose a cover' process it crashes and won't upload to instagram. You will be then directed back to your home screen.

Instagram is having troubles now, I can see eith the questions with another users, try this: Update your flash player version and also java, If not, sent a petition of support to the Instagram Team, Good Luck
