Amazon trade-in question?
Hello, what does "returning to seller" mean... I was tracking the package, and it says this. Does it mean they're sending it back to me?

Yes that in fact means they would like a refund, but if there is nothing wrong with the item they ordered & you don't have any intention of saying you accept refunds you do not have to go to lengths of sending it back.

Are you the seller? Then it is going to you.

The buyer might have refused it, not been at home, whatever. Contact them and ask or wait for it to come back and see.

Stick with your refund policies.
